HIGH WATER TABLE? TRY OUR post bracketing systems!

There are plenty of places in Idaho and Montana with high water tables, so what to do to take advantage of the economy of a pole building, but you are worried about post rot? The obvious answer is to isolate the pole from the water.

We now have Better/Best Options Available:

Our Better Option is using an iron sleeve with a cap on the end, and then encase that sleeve in concrete approximately 24" in the ground. We can then use cheaper laminated poles (instead of treated poles) to build the building. The difference in cost is only about $80/pole versus a treated pole. Contact us to discuss this option to see if it's right for you!

Our Best Option is the new Permanent Post System, with engineered brackets and laminated posts. You can check out their product at www.permanentpostsystems.com.
