The shingles were old and getting brittle. So we went over the old shingles with the new metal.

30'x30'x12' Framed Shop
This shop has a monolithically-poured foundation, with 36"-deep walls approximately 12"-wide. Customer has requested 3'x3' rebar grid and plastic barrier.
Concrete is poured and bull-floating the pad.
Framing the building with five windows, two walk-doors, and two 10'x10' overhead doors.
Customer requested Tyvek-wrapped walls.
Roof metal applied on trusses installed 2'-on-center, windows and doors installed, wainscoting applied.

Hwy 2 - Troy, mt
30'x40'x16' pole building with no eaves, and (1) 12'x14' and 10'x10' overhead doors. Also a concrete floor. Here, we have framed the nailers up 2'-on-center, and framed the 2"x10" box beam for the trusses to sit on.

Camp 9 - Bonners ferry
The out-of-state owner wanted a shop/living space combination to stay while he builds a house. The front, lower-roof section is the living quarters, and the taller, rear section is the garage.
The building also had an 8'-wide lean-to off the front side of the building.
This is a framed shop on a mono-poured foundation. Over the framed walls, we applied sheeting and housewrap, and then add 1x4's so there is something to attach the metal screws to.

This is a 24'x40'x14' framed shop on a mono-poured foundation. The customer has attic trusses and the windows in the gables for upstairs storage.

This 40'x40'x16' building will serve a dual purpose as a garage and a living space. Owners requested polycarb panels for light (instead of windows), as well as a ledger board for future lean-to.
