Hickey farms - sandpoint
This is a 60'x100'x18' commercial pole building, with a 14'x100' dropped lean-to from one side. Due to it being designated a commercial building, it required special permitting and construction specifications. The first commercial specification - pinch pads under the main building posts.
The pinch pads were no less than 36" deep, and were 4'x4'x4" of concrete at the bottom of the holes for the posts to sit on.

We constructed a rebar box to set in the hole to hold the concrete form.
Once the concrete had cured, we could set the poles, add back the dirt and tamp it back with a jumping jack compactor.
