This house was in serious need of a new roof! There was water damage on the outside edges of the roof on the right that needed replaced.
1x4 stripping is going on top of the old shingles, keeping some water integrity for the project.

The owner had put up the main structure, but needed lean-to's built on both sides of the building, and then the whole thing covered with metal.

This is the foundation for a log home above Kilbrennan Lake. Owner ended up blasting out the hole, as it was mostly granite.

This is a 30'x40'x14' pole building with a 8'x20' lean-to off the side for a porch, and (2) 10'x12' overhead doors.
This building was a package bought at the local lumberyard, so the construction is different that our usual method of setting trusses on 2'-centers. This building has trusses attached to each side of the poles with rafters strung between them.
The building is framed and ready for metal.
The porch/lean-to has been attached to the building.
The inside concrete has been poured and power-troweled finished, and the porch area has a broom-finish.

This site presented the challenge of being on a hill side. We were able to level about half of it, but the downhill side needed more work, with extra posts to hold the extra material that we will need for a concrete pad.
The retaining wall is being built of treated lumber.

Starting the process of adding rock to the lower part of the building, which will be tamped with water in 2" slumps to prevent voids and possible concrete cracks.

Vortex Way, Sagle
This is one of the prettiest worksites we have worked at, with an incredible view. However, because of the slopes, the foundation of this monopour presented a unique challenge. This will be a 25'x40'x19', 2-story conventional-framed shop with a 10'x8' overhead door, and six windows.
The monopour was excavated, and will need to be backfilled at some point. The evening was forecast rain, so the slab was covered to protect it after power-troweling.
This building is two stories with conventional 2x6 framing, with staircase. Here, the 2nd-floor decking has been installed and the walls are going up.
Both stories are framed, and horizontal stripping is being installed for the metal to be attached to.
